In his eighth season with the Raiders, Carr is once again the starter in Las Vegas.  To date, he has been an average NFL performer.  I like him going into this season for two reasons.  First, his rookie card is dirt cheap.  $30 for a PSA 9 is about as low as it gets for a starting NFL quarterback.  Second, the Raiders have a favorable early season schedule.  Other than the Ravens in Week 1, the first 6 matchups of the season are winnable games for Las Vegas.  It is not inconceivable for them to start 5-1.
