Buying Opportunity: Undervalued Raw Cards (NBA Re-start Edition)

With the NBA set to re-start on July 30, this is a prime opportunity to scoop up some undervalued raw cards before the resumption of play.  The players on this list are all the second option on their teams, but a deep run in the playoffs will mean a value bump for the player identified.  Each of the selected cards comes from the NBA Hoops brand.  I like this product because it is significantly less expensive than Panini Prizm, and Hoops rookies still bring significant price increases for the right player.   Two examples are the value growth seen in the Hoops rookies for Giannis Antetokounmpo over the last 6 months and Devin Booker over the last 6 weeks.
