In the NBA pre-season, the Hawks were subjected to much hobby commentary.  Much of the speculation talk surrounded De’Andre Hunter, Kevin Huerter and Cam Reddish.  I like John Collins better than any of these three players.  Although not flashy, Collins has established that he can play in the NBA.  Now in his fourth season, Collins has averaged 16 points and 9 rebounds for his career and is regarded as an above average defender.  If you are looking for Trae Young’s running mate for the next ten years, Collins is your guy.
