Much offseason football card hype has surrounded San Diego quarterback Justin Herbert.  As a result, his cards have gone through the roof and are outside the budget of many collectors.  If you fall into the camp of those who like Herbert and the Chargers, but you cannot stomach the cost of a Herbert rookie, consider Williams.  His Panini Prizm rookie is still relatively affordable, and he should be one of Herbert’s main targets in 2021.
