Verdict: Buy

Since taking over for Tyrod Taylor in the second week of the season, Herbert has been impressive.  He has thrown 15 touchdown passes and only 5 interceptions, while posting a quarterback rating of 106.  It is early, but Herbert has shown me enough.  He is a buy in my opinion.
