Verdict: Buy

As a full-time starter in 2017 and 2018 Goff showed promise before regressing last season.  So far in 2020, Goff has a passer rating of close to 100 and the Rams look like a playoff team.  At the current price point it is worth picking up a few of his rookie cards.
