Potential Baseball Hall of Famers (Part 2 of 3)
Max Scherzer
Scherzer is a three-time Cy Young Award winner and won a World Series with the Nationals in 2019. He has more than 200 wins and his career earned run average is just over three. Now in his sixteenth season, Scherzer will try to make one last World Series run with a Mets team loaded with high-priced talent. Scherzer’s most popular rookie card is from 2008 Topps Update, but I am fond of his 2008 Upper Deck Masterpieces. This card costs $75 in PSA 9 and $100 PSA 10.
How about you? Do any of the players listed here not make your Hall of Fame cut? Are there rookie or prospect cards that you think are better options for the players on this list? I would love to hear from you. Please leave your comments in the section below and keep watching this website for the third and final part of this series.
