After spending last season with Inter Milan, Hakimi was signed by Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) as part of a ballyhooed transfer class that included Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, and Gianluigi Donnarumma.  This group will join Kylian Mbappé and Neymar Jr. on a PSG squad that has no shortage of star power.  

While there is a risk that Hakimi will be underappreciated on a team with so much talent, I believe he will perform at a high-level in Ligue 1 this year.  Additionally, as the Champions League tournament progresses, PSG will command the world’s attention, giving Hakimi a chance to shine.  At $10, his 2018-19 Optic Rated Rookie is one of the best deals in the soccer card market right now.
