Although this is not a rookie card, 1988-89 is a first Topps card for Hull and a gem of the junk wax era.  Hull was a 3-time All-Star and was named one of the “100 Greatest Players” in NHL history in 2017.  He won Stanley Cup Championships with the Dallas Stars in 1999 and the Detroit Red Wings in 2002, and a Silver Medal with the United States at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah.  Hull retired with 741 goals, which is fifth in NHL history.

How about you?  Are there cards from your youth or the junk wax era that you are looking to track down?  I would love to hear from you!  Please leave your comments in the section below.
