After battling through early-season injuries, Hoerner finished the season with a batting average of .281 and twenty stolen bases.  Among position players, he led the Cubs with 4.0 wins above replacement.  Last week the team rewarded his 2022 performance with a 3-year, $35 million contract extension.  Hoerner’s 2018 Bowman Chrome Draft costs $20 in PSA 9 and $35 in PSA 10.
