In 7 seasons Lillard has made 5 All-Star teams and been All-NBA 4 times.  He also owns a career scoring average of more than 24 points per game.  Due to his lack of playoff success and playing for a small-market team, Lillard has received less attention than others on this list.  However, if you are looking for a value buy on a future Hall of Famer, he is a solid place to start.
