Verdict: Hold

2020 has been an up-and-down rookie campaign for Burrow.  He has thrown 12 touchdown passes and been intercepted 5 times while playing for a bad Bengals team.  Burrow’s quarterback rating currently sits at around 90, placing him in the bottom half of the league.  I would take a wait-and-see approach with Burrow.  The Bengals front office doesn’t have an inspiring track record for developing competitive teams, but if his rookie cards drop in price during the offseason ($15 or under on the Mosaic and $25 or under on the Prizm) he turns into a buy in my opinion.
