Verdict: Buy

In two-and-a-half seasons as a starter for the Browns, Mayfield has been an average NFL quarterback.  However, he is still young, and with a 6-3 record the Browns could sneak into the playoffs this year.  At current prices, Mayfield is a low-risk value buy for me.
