With another exciting NBA season upon us, it is time to look for basketball card deals. Below are six low-cost rookie cards that I believe could increase in value during the 2022-23 season.

Scottie Barnes

2021-22 Panini Prizm #320

Part of the loaded 2021 NBA Draft class, Barnes beat out Evan Mobley and Cade Cunningham in one of the closest Rookie of the Year votes in NBA history.  Averaging 15.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last season, Barnes should be a significant contributor at the power forward position for a Raptors team with a bright future.  Due to the delayed release of 2021-22 Prizm basketball, there are not a lot of graded Barnes Prizm rookies available for sale.  However, there are plenty of raw copies selling for less than $10 on eBay.
