After replacing Joe Montana in 1991, Young went on to make the Pro-Bowl 7 times and win the NFL MVP twice.  He led the San Francisco 49ers to a Super Bowl victory in 1995.  Most collectors consider Young’s rookie to be his 1984 Topps USFL.  However, even in PSA 8, this card can cost several hundred dollars.  At around $100 in the same grade, his 1986 Topps, the first card to picture Young in an NFL jersey, is a more economical choice.
